The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Contrc' <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Thuy Tran at(209)468-8257 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br /> inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br /> test(or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> b. Secondary containment testing on 87, 89, and 91 USTs. <br /> c. 24-hour hydrostatic test(or equivalent)on 87, 89, and 91 Fill and STP sumps if any <br /> penetrations are installed. <br /> d. Overfill prevention verification: Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95% tank volume <br /> shut off. <br />
