The site plan must be submitted to CERS that shows graphically the locations of all liquid sensors, leak detectors,float and chain devices and the monitoring panel. The six month followup secondary containment test of the 87 line was scheduled for 11-14-16. These test results were provided during the inspection but have conflicting information.
