Add the hiring dates <br /> to the training record, keep a copy at the facility and provide a copy to the SJCEHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 310 CCR 2636(f)(5) Piping is not fail-safe outside UDCs or fails to stop flow of product at dispenser inside UDCs. <br /> The Bravo box float and chain in the 1/2 UDC sump failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. <br /> All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the <br /> dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician adjusted the chain(s)and verified functionality. Violation <br /> resolved during the inspection. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Both spill containers were 5-20 ounces less than five gallon capacity when tested today. Per Title 23 California <br /> Code of Regulations, the spill containers must contain five gallons.
