The permit has been approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br /> Control District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Contact Garrett Backus to arrange the following inspection(s)(a 48 hour notice is <br /> required): <br /> a. A soap test to verify the pipeline integrity. Isolate and pressurize the pipe <br /> following the manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 3.
