The permit has been approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br /> Control District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Contact Garrett Backus to arrange the following inspection(s) (a 48 hour notice is <br /> required): <br /> a. A soap test to verify the pipeline integrity. Isolate and pressurize the pipe <br /> following the manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 3. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all <br /> of the following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by <br /> the Contractors State License Board(may be issued to the installation <br /> company), and <br /> b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by <br /> the International Code Council (ICC), and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s)being tested, repaired, or serviced, and <br /> d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br /> training from the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 4. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site, at all times while <br /> work is being performed, who possesses all of the following: <br /> Page I of 2 <br />
