Wilson, Stockton Program: UST <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I, CLASS it.or MINOR-Notice to Com I <br /> NOTES <br /> Please be aware regular failure of the audible alarms as the manufacturer designed, as EHD had <br /> previously observed, may indicate component failure of the monitoring system, which will require a <br /> properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to identify the source of the problem and replace the <br /> failed component with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within <br /> one business day from the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a <br /> possibility that the UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> Currently EHD is available to assist you in meeting CERS submittal on request. <br /> Jojinder is currently out of state, but did speak to him on the phone at the start of this inspection. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector.
