There is parking <br /> and retail establishments to the south and east of the lot. <br /> Tank Installation <br /> 1. The tank installation instruction manual is delivered to the installer under manifest when <br /> the tank is delivered. Enclosed is a copy of the Installation Instructions. <br /> 2. The site specific tank buoyancy calculations will be submitted under separate cover. They <br /> will be sent to your attention via overnight mail from our Petaluma office. Per Fluor <br /> Daniel GTI's last site visit, groundwater was not detected in the 11-foot observation well. <br /> 3. Sheet G-5, Equipment Schedule, Number 16 has been changed from a 36" spill <br /> containment manhole to two (2) 18" containment holes, Emco Wheaton No. A1004-010. <br /> Revised copies of Sheet G-5 are enclosed along with the manufactures information sheet. <br /> BELLEVUE.
