Add the vacuum sensors Veeder Root 857280-100 to section V, "Pipe Monitoring. . ." Response: The vacuum sensor has been added to the end of Section V under"Other". 9. Lubrizol tank UST monitoring plan. Section V, Pipe monitoring . . ." part 1 states that "secondary containment is under vacuum" Please also check the `dry" and `liquid filled" boxes. The piping secondary containment is under vacuum, the sump secondary containment is dry(323 sensor) and the sump interstitial space (304 sensor) is liquid filled. Response: The additional boxes have been checked. 10. Existing tanks UST monitoring plan. Section V, `Pipe monitoring. . ."needs the Veeder Root 794380-304 interstitial retrofit fill sumps liquid sensors added. Also check the "liquid filled" box. Response: The additional new sensor has been added to the application. 11. Existing tanks UST monitoring plan. Include the overfill prevention method in Section X, "Comments . . Currently at the facility, the overfill prevention method is 0EXtemal audio/visual alarm set at 90%of tank capacity" Response: The overfill prevention method has been added to Section X. 12. Enhanced Leak Detection (ELD) permit application has not been submitted to this department. A separate permit is required for ELD testing. Response: Please see the enclosed ELD Work Plan prepared for this location. We believe that the above responses, together with the enclosed revised documents, address all of the comments in your December 6, 2012 letter.
