The overfill prevention method indicated in the UST monitoring plan comments section for the Lubrizol tank is Audible and visual alarm set at 90%of tank capacity". This statement contradicts page 7 of the application which states and OPW 61fSTOP-2000 mechanical valve will be used for overfill prevention. Please indicate in the application if both overfill prevention methods will be used and if an external audiovisual alarm will be used for overfill prevention. Response: The Monitoring Plan has been revised to indicate overfill prevention method being used is the mechanical valve set to close at 95% of the tank capacity. The audible/visual alarm is a warning mechanism for the delivery driver that the tank is nearing the 95% capacity. 3. Please indicate on page 7 of the application regarding the deadmen tiedowns, what material will be used to coat the steel components of the tiedowns to prevent corrosion? Response: The application has been revised to indicate that the corrosion protection for the tiedowns will be tar coat epoxy. 4. Items 32-36 and 38 on page T-5 of the plans are Bravo brand penetration fittings for double- walled sumps. The manufacturer's cut sheet provided was for single-walled fittings. Please provide the double-walled cut sheets for the Bravo penetration fittings. Response: The cut sheets for the double-walled penetration fittings have been included with this resubmittal. 5. Please provide the following install technician certifications: ICC service tech, ICC install/retrofit, Containment Solutions tank and sump, FE Petro lead detectors, Veeder root TLS-350 level 2/3, Bravo double-walled penetration fittings and retrofit fittings, OPW spill container, flexing flex connectors, Dualoy 3000/L pipe. Response: We have enclosed the Contractor Information packet for Jones Covey Group, Inc., which contains the required certifications. 6. UST monitoring plan for the Lubrizol tan. Add"Lubrizol"in the Plan Type section at the top of page 1. Response: Lubrizol has been added after Tank 4 in the plan type section of the Monitoring Plan. 7. UST monitoring plan for the Lubrizol tank. The monitoring site plan indicates there will be a "secondary containment vacuum sensor" (letter J). The install plans on page T-2, figure D, indicate that two vacuum sensors will be installed, one each for the vent line interstitial and the products line interstitial. Response: An additional keynote "J" has been added to the Monitoring Site Plan to indicate two sensors.
