All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the Intemational Code Council <br /> (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s)of the component(s) <br /> being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br /> and <br /> d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from <br /> the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 6. An "Underground Storage Tank Certification of Installation/Modification" form shall be <br /> submitted by the owner or the owners'agent [pursuant to (CCR)2635(d)] before this upgrade will <br /> be considered complete by EHD. <br /> 7.
