The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The current monitoring plan for the diesel tank indicates that the UDC panel manufacturer as Veeder root. UDC is monitored by the floats and chains, and not connected to the monitoring panel. This must be removed. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD.
