SA NJ 0 A Q U IN Environmental Health Department
—COUNTY-
9) Provide updated vacuum monitoring information.
a. The vacuum zone information provided on page A-1.1 of the plans indicates that
product and vent lines will be in the same vacuum zones. No chase piping or
vacuum connections were included in the plans. Submit accurate drawings
indicating how continuous vacuum monitoring will be provided.
b. Provide the volume of the total interstitial space being monitored in each
vacuum zone to verify compatibility with the vacuum sensor capabilities.
10) Pages A-2.1 and A-2.2 did not include shroud boots or lids on the fill sumps. Provided
representative drawings which include all parts to be installed.
11) Page A-2.2 shows concrete installed under the fill sump lid. Verify manufacturer
installation instructions for allowable load transfer and provide updated drawings.
12) Page A-2.3 states "sump sensor in holder." The drawing shows the holder located at
the bottom of the sump. As proposed, the location of the holder does not allow
verification of the sensor capability to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Provide
a written description of how the holder will be secured to the sump and a means of
verifying that the holder will not interfere with sensor functionality.
13) Provide product line leak detector (PLLD) line length measurements to confirm the
accurate monitoring panel programming.
14) Submit a work plan for enhanced leak detection (ELD) testing, to be conducted by a
properly licensed individual.
15) Provide a drawing indicating the locations of all water wells, septic systems, and storm
drains.
If you have any further questions, please contact me at (209) 468-3440.
Thank you,
Stacy Rivera, E S
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
cc: Amarjit Khinda via email(c itvfoodandliouor(cilvahoo.com)
George Rodriguez via email(gra22875(cilamail.com)
2 of 2 9171 9690 0935 0151 6827 49
