Please provide the <br /> following additional information (three copies each) and address the following comments: <br /> 1) Page 3 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit: Indicate <br /> the fire district or building permit number. <br /> 2) Page 7 of the permit application were not submitted. Submit the complete UST <br /> Installation Permit application. <br /> 3) Training certifications provided were split between two installers. For one individual <br /> performing the work, provide current contractor's training certifications for installation <br /> and testing of all proposed UST equipment/components, including but not limited to: <br /> tanks, sumps, sensors, monitoring panel, leak detectors, piping, spill containment, and <br /> penetrations. <br /> 4) Provide manufacturer's cut sheets for all proposed UST system component, including <br /> but not limited to: sensors, leak detectors, turbine (STP) sumps, fill sumps, under <br /> dispenser containment sumps (UDCs), penetrations, and spill containers. <br /> a. The plans state the tanks will be one 12,000 gallon tank and one split <br /> 6,000/6,000 gallon tank. The cut sheets provided were for 20,000 gallon tanks. <br /> b. The cut sheets provided for the tank sumps and the vent sump were for single- <br /> walled components. <br /> c. The cut sheets provided for piping penetration fittings were for use with single- <br /> walled sumps. <br /> 5) Confirm that all appropriate test ports will be installed in sumps to facilitate <br /> communication testing, including vent sumps and UDCs. Provide documentation of <br /> these ports. <br /> 6) Provide updated vacuum monitoring information. <br /> a. No chase piping or vacuum connections were included in the plans. Submit <br /> accurate drawings indicating how continuous vacuum monitoring will be <br /> provided. <br /> b. On page A-1.1, the vapor recovery lines were not included in any of the listed <br /> vacuum zones drawn onto the piping layout. Update the plans to include <br /> appropriate monitoring of the vapor recovery piping. <br /> 1868 E.
