SA NJ O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department
—COUNTY
c. Page A-1.1 listed conflicting vacuum zone information. The piping layout
drawing indicated six vacuum zones. The information listed on the right side
indicates four vacuum zones. Provide accurate vacuum zone information.
d. The volumes listed for the 87 piping and the 91 piping on page A-1.1 did not
match the lengths of piping drawn. The 87 piping appeared to be the shorter
pipe, but listed a larger volume. Provide accurate volumes of the total interstitial
space being monitored in each vacuum zone to verify compatibility with the
vacuum sensor capabilities.
e. Pages A-2.1 and A-2.2 indicate "vacuum monitoring connection" at various
locations. It is unclear what portion of the system is being identified. Provide
clarification regarding these items.
f. Indicate in the plans where each smart sensor will be located.
7) Page A-1.1 states "Xerxes tank sumps' will be used. The submitted application
documents and cut sheets state the tank sumps will be Containment Solutions. Provide
accurate tank sump information.
8) Pages A-2.1 and A-2.2 did not include shroud boots or lids on the fill sumps. Provided
representative drawings which include all parts to be installed.
9) Provide accurate product line leak detector (PLLD) line length measurements to confirm
the accurate monitoring panel programming. The lengths listed for the 87 piping and
the 91 piping on page A-1.1 did not match the lengths of piping drawn. The 87 piping
appeared to be the shorter pipe, but listed a larger length.
10) Submit a work plan for enhanced leak detection (ELD) testing, to be conducted by a
properly licensed individual.
11) Provide a drawing indicating the locations of all water wells, septic systems, and storm
drains in relation to the proposed location of the UST system.
If you have any further questions, please contact me at (209) 468-3440.
Thank you,
Stacy Rive , REHS
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
cc: Amarjit Khinda via email(citvfoodandliouor1w,yahoo.corn
George Rodriguez via email(gra22875(a)gmail.com)
2 of
9171 9690 0935 0152 1709 48
