This approval is conditional pending the receipt <br />of accurate and drawn to scale as -built site plans, which indicate the location of the newly <br />installed underground storage tanks (underground storage tank, piping, auxiliary and monitoring <br />equipment) with respect to buildings or other landmarks (per 23 CCR 16 2711(8)). These <br />drawings must be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department by no <br />later than January 18, 2019. If these as -built drawing(s) are not received in a timely manner, this <br />conditional approval to operate will be revoked, and your facility may be "red tagged" to <br />prevent fuel inputs.
