The previous statement
made stating piping was replaced was not incorrect. No line was cut after testing was completed.
Thanks .... have a nice weekend!
Terry
From: Elena K. He would like to see a statement in writing indicating that your previous
statement that vent/vapor recovery Ameron piping was replaced was not accurate. I need to review and approve CERS
as well. Also, with regards to the as built, if that will be the last thing that is needed (assuming nothing else needs to be
done with CERS) he indicated that we can give a conditional approval to operate until next Friday and if an accurate as -
built is not received by then, facility will be red tagged right away. I will let you know when I review and approve CERS, I
will need to give you an ok to open, please don't have them opened up yet.
Elena
