City Food & Liquor, 16470 Cambridge Rd,, Lathrop, CA, 95330 SR0076483 <br />9) Provide buoyancy calculations signed by a Professional Engineer which demonstrate a <br />safety factor greater than 1.25. <br />10) Submit a work plan for enhanced leak detection (ELD) testing, to be conducted by a <br />properly licensed individual. <br />11) Provide a diagram identifying the vacuum zones that will be used for piping monitoring. <br />12) Provide a drawing indicating the locations of all water wells, septic systems, and storm <br />drains. <br />13) Provide a drawing illustrating striker plates or drop tube mounted bottom protectors <br />below all accessible openings. <br />14) Provide completed UPCF Underground Storage Tanks — Facility form (A) and UPCF <br />Underground Storage Tanks (B) — Tank (one form per tank). <br />15) Sheet CO of the plans states there will be six under dispenser containment sumps <br />(UDCs) installed. Sheet T&L6 lists six UDCs in the parts list. The drawing on sheet T1 <br />shows only four dispensers. Clarify the number of dispensers and UDCs that will be <br />installed and provide revised plans. <br />16) Sheet CO of the plans and page 8 of the application state the monitoring panel will be a <br />Veeder-Root model TLS 350. The cut sheet submitted is for a TLS 350 Plus. The parts <br />list on sheet T&L6 includes a "cable to TLS 350R." Clarify which monitoring panel will be <br />used. Revise and resubmit. <br />17) The plans state sump sensor holders will be used with "mounting kits." Provide <br />additional information describing the installation and mounting of these holders. Provide <br />a statement from the sump manufacturer(s) indicating that this is an approved and <br />compatible installation. <br />18) The parts quantities listed on sheet T&L6 do not appear to match the information <br />provided in the rest of the plans. Provide accurate plans and information for this project. <br />19) The manufacturer and model numbers are not included in the parts list (sheet T&L6). <br />Provide a complete parts list which includes manufacturer and model information. <br />20) Sheet T&L4 of the plans indicates the tanks used will be "hydrostatic." Page 7 of the <br />application states "wet annular" and lists the tank interstitial space sensor as a Veeder- <br />Root model 794390-407.
