Sheet T&L6 lists six UDCs in the parts list. The drawing on sheet T1
shows only four dispensers. Clarify the number of dispensers and UDCs that will be
installed and provide revised plans.
16) Sheet CO of the plans and page 8 of the application state the monitoring panel will be a
Veeder-Root model TLS 350. The cut sheet submitted is for a TLS 350 Plus. The parts
list on sheet T&L6 includes a "cable to TLS 350R." Clarify which monitoring panel will be
used. Revise and resubmit.
17) The plans state sump sensor holders will be used with "mounting kits." Provide
additional information describing the installation and mounting of these holders. Provide
a statement from the sump manufacturer(s) indicating that this is an approved and
compatible installation.
18) The parts quantities listed on sheet T&L6 do not appear to match the information
provided in the rest of the plans. Provide accurate plans and information for this project.
19) The manufacturer and model numbers are not included in the parts list (sheet T&L6).
Provide a complete parts list which includes manufacturer and model information.
20) Sheet T&L4 of the plans indicates the tanks used will be "hydrostatic." Page 7 of the
application states "wet annular" and lists the tank interstitial space sensor as a Veeder-
Root model 794390-407. This sensor model is not designed for hydrostatic tanks.
Revise and resubmit.
21) Provide details of the UST system that demonstrates it is impervious to water intrusion,
including spill containment shroud boots in the site plans.
If you have any further questions, please contact me at (209) 468-3440.
Thank you,
Stacy Ri a, REHS
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
cc: Attn: Amarjit Khinda, Interstate A Enterprises, 16470 Cambridge Dr., Lathrop, CA 95330
91 71 990 ti9W3
5
