UST Tank Information forms for the diesel product are not current in CERS. Tank forms indicate the diesel tank has a single walled fiberglass vapor recovery pipe, the diesel tank does not have a vapor recovery pipe. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The diesel and 87 product forms indicate the monitoring in the Under Dispenser Containment(UDC) sump is done by electronic sensor. The electronic sensor is only capable of detecting a leak at the earliest possible opportunity in one of the three product piping due to the construction of the UDC sump. The remaining two product pipes have to be monitored by float and chain to detect a leak at the earliest possible oppurtunity. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD.
