Sign and date the bottom of Return to Compliance form- send me a copy <br />b. Is the existing 55 -gallon drum onsite empty? Please send me a picture of the inside, and put <br />a label on the drum that sais "empty" you can keep the existing Hazardous Waste Label <br />c. You are a hazardous waste generator, for all accidental leaks or spills at the station, so <br />CERS section needs to be checked with "yes" for hazardous waste. <br />2) UST Inspection <br />a. Fill out the bottom portion of Return to Compliance form, sign and date- send me a copy <br />b. For the September 11, 2012 (1-3) alarm, write a statement explaining what the DO is saying <br />why no maintenance record was needed <br />c.
