Sign and date the bottom of Return to Compliance form- send me a copy <br />b. Is the existing 55 -gallon drum onsite empty? Please send me a picture of the inside, and put a <br />label on the drum that sais "empty" you can keep the existing Hazardous Waste Label <br />c. You are a hazardous waste generator, for all accidental leaks or spills at the station, so CERS <br />section needs to be checked with "yes" for hazardous waste. <br />2) UST Inspection ✓ <br />a. Fill out the bottom portion of Return to Compliance form, sign and date- send me a copy <br />b. For the September 11, 2012 (1-3) alarm, write a statement explaining what the DO is saying why <br />no maintenance record was needed ✓ <br />c. CERS: I will review all the UST submittals and accept, or if not accepted generate an email to <br />your attention stating what needs to be changed or added.
