AST piping (describe) 1 in galvanized and painted piping from Graco Husky 1040 Pump to 2 in opening <br />w/fittinE. from pump for supply to top of AST. <br />4. Internal/External pump description external Graco Husky 1040 pump w/2 solenoid 12volt-10-200psi— <br />External pump, which pumps waste oil from service areas (see Pic) <br />5. AST drawing (provided/drawn: source) (see attached) <br />6. Design Standard (ASMI~;, UL, etc.) UL 142 -Cylindrical Single Wall Steel /Mfr: ACE Tank <br />7. AST foundation (describe) concrete berm sub -floor, Base of AST under UL 142 adequate to withstand the <br />load of a full tank -Tank is anchored to floor <br />8. AST anchoring (seismic zone/floatation risk) AST is anchored to the floor slab with 3/8 in. diameter <br />expansion anchors into the concrete berm floor. Stockton is in a (ground -shaking) seismic region, but the AST <br />is unlikely to move outside the room in an event nor pose a risk of flotation in such an event. The AST is <br />situated in secured lubricants room. <br />9. AST will withstand frost -heave XX Yes No AST sits in concrete cinder block berm <br />10. AST previously relocated? Yes XX No <br />11. AST Corrosion Protection Tank is completely covered in paint, without evidence of corrosion. Tank has <br />no specific corrosion protection beyond the paint No part of the AST touches the wound. The base of the <br />AST is steel, raising the AST 1 inch above the floor. There is no evidence of corrosion taking place, however <br />there is debris beneath AST which should be removed. Tank's construction material is carbon steel. <br />12. AST Spill Prevention Equipment AST has product is placed into AST via pumping from external Graco <br />Husky Pump Product generaRv not handled outside of its intended containers. Product removal occurs via <br />pumping out thru a 2 plugged opening in top of AST <br />13. Overfill Protection: AST sits in concrete berm with a Sentry product level alarm in the berm. This alarm <br />was tested and found to be operatine. The sound was minimal, and indicative that the batteries in the Alarm <br />should be changed AST has Krueger level gauge to indicate product levels in AST. <br />
