(U.L. 58) .
b. Piping and fittings for Primary and Secondary Containment: Pipelines are
fiberglass, A.O. Smith Red Thread II (U.L. 069151) .
c. Corrosion protection: The Steel tanks are coated with a UL approved coal tar
epoxy treatment which resists corrosion and are equipped with sacrificial anodes
which protect the tanks frarn corrosion.
d. Compatibility: Stored materials are compatible with steel and,/or fiberglass tank
construction and with steel and fiberglass piping. No sealing compounds will be
used which are not compatible with gasoline or diesel.
6. HAZARDOUS MA'TERIATR STORED AT THIS SITE:
DOT!',/HAZARDOUS
PRODUCT VOLUME CLASS
(1) Regular Unleaded 10,000 gallons max. FL,/la
(1) Diesel 2,000 gallons max. SEPARATION OF MAT RLkL: Every precaution is taken to prevent mixture of products.
Each petroleum product grade is stored in individual tanks with individual pipelines
to dispensers. Each storage tank has a product and capacity tag attached to the fill
tube. Manhole covers are painted with identifying color code. Should the products be
mixed by accident, a more hazardous situation would not exist.
8. MONITORING PLAN:
a. Inventory Control - Inventory records shall be maintained and reconciled by the
Owner for each tank and product for indication of possible leakage fraL tanks or
pipes
The basic weekly gasoline inventory record shall contain the following information
for each tank.
1) Product
2) Tank Gauge (OPW 114)
3) Inventory balance
4) Volume differential (average or shortage)
5) Signature of person reconciling inventory
Inventory records are to be maintained 1 year and reviewed monthly.
