Defendant has agreed to fund Environmental Training Programs in the amount of <br /> 2 TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00), as special projects, commonly known as <br /> 3 Supplemental Environmental Projects as described below: <br /> 4 a. The amount of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br /> 5 ($7,500.00), shall be used by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> 6 Health Department, at its discretion, to fund compliance training programs <br /> 7 for underground storage tank systems, hazardous wastes and hazardous <br /> 8 materials. Said payment shall be due and pa able to the aforementioned <br /> 9 agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the <br /> 10 District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit,prior to the filing of <br /> 11 this injunction. <br /> 12 b. The amount of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br /> 13 ($12,500.00), shall be provided to the California Certified Unified <br /> 14 Program Agency(Cal CUPA Forum Board)to be used by the San Joaquin <br /> 15 District Attorney, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, <br /> 16 and the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services, to fund <br /> 17 investigation and enforcement training programs for their local <br /> 18 environmental enforcement personnel. Said payment shall be due and <br /> 19 payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San <br /> 20 Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental <br /> 21 Prosecutions Unit, prior to the filing of this injunction. <br /> 22 10.
