Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any appl'Icable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in Information and supe of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Aris Cacapd at(209)468-3453 to arrange the folov ing inspection appointments <br /> (a 481 notice is required for Inspection appointments). Please be awarethat <br /> insperdions for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a.
