MONITORING AND REPORT•PROGRAM NO. 5-01-XXX • <br /> UNOCAL CORPORATION,AND AGRIUM,INC. -3 - <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Any necessary repairs or routine maintenance to the cover, cover slope, and drainage <br /> control system shall be completed by 15 October of each year, unless an extension is <br /> granted by the Executive Officer. Routine maintenance should consist of, at a minimum, <br /> annual crack sealing and seal coating every five years (or more frequently if visual <br /> inspection dictates the need). Results of the annual inspection and maintenance activities <br /> shall be included in the Annual Report. <br /> PERMANENT SURVEY MONUMENT MONITORING <br /> Every 10 years, the Discharger shall survey the location of the permanent survey <br /> monuments. The results of the first re-survey shall be included in the 30 October 2006 <br /> report. The surveys shall be compared to previous surveys and the results submitted to <br /> the Board. <br /> REPORTING <br /> When reporting data, the Discharger shall arrange the information in tabular form so that <br /> the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall <br /> be summarized in such a manner as to illustrate clearly the compliance with this Order. <br /> In addition, the Discharger shall notify the Board within 48 hours of any unscheduled <br /> shutdown of any soil vapor and/or groundwater extraction system. <br /> As required by the California Business and Professions Code Sections 6735, 7835, and <br /> 7835.1, all reports shall be prepared by a registered professional or their subordinate and <br /> signed by the registered professional. <br /> Semi-annual reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 30th day of the month <br /> following the end of the respective quarter (i.e., by 30 April and 30 October) until <br /> such time as the Executive Officer determines that the reports are no longer necessary. <br /> Each semi-annual report is to include the following minimum information: <br /> (a) a description of the semi-annual groundwater sampling event, including field logs. At <br /> a minimum, field logs shall contain water quality parameters measured before, <br /> during, and after purging,method of purging, depth of water, volume of water <br /> purged, etc.; <br /> (b) groundwater contour maps for all groundwater zones, if applicable; <br /> c isocontour contaminant concentration maps for all groundwater zones, if applicable; <br /> (d) groundwater hydrograph(s) charting groundwater elevations with time for all <br /> monitoring wells; <br /> (e) graph(s)portraying constituent concentrations with time for all monitoring wells; <br />
