5. Provide adequate and suitable designated storage facilities <br /> for employees personal effects (ie: lockers, storage <br /> cabinets, etc. . . ) . CURFFL 27628 <br /> 6. Provide enclosed (or shatterproof) light fixtures over all <br /> areas where food is prepared, open food is stored or <br /> utensils are cleaned. CURFFL 27635 <br /> You must keep this office informed of your construction progress <br /> and call for inspections (48 HOURS IN ADVANCE) when the facility <br /> is ready to open, all equipment installed and after thorough <br /> cleaning. <br /> A fee of $78 . 00 per hour may be assessed for any additional <br /> inspections, reinspections or consultations. <br /> Any discrepancy inadvertently overlooked in the plan check <br /> process must nevertheless be constructed or reconstructed to <br /> comply with all applicable codes. Inferior workmanship, <br /> equipment, or materials will not be accepted for the construction <br /> or operation of a food facility. No departure from the <br /> specifications outlined in this approval letter is authorized <br /> without prior written approval from this department. <br /> These plans shall become null and void if the work authorized is <br /> not commenced within 180 days from the date shown above, or if <br /> the work authorized by such plan approval is abandoned.
