All hazardous waste <br />containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />- the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />- name and address of generator <br />- hazardous properties <br />- physical state <br />- composition (contents) <br />- accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since <br />it cannot be determined how long this container has been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br />hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />608 <br />CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br />Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil/gasoline filters for the last three years were not found on site. Petrol <br />Equipment Sales invoice dated 12-24-11 'indicated that a filter change out was executed on this date. A copy of each <br />last <br />bill of lading must be kept on site for at three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil <br />filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by July 11, 2015. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
