Just checking in on the Fire Department Permit Requirements. The 2 items I need clarification on is 1 and 3. <br />I do not have a fire department permit. Stated below fire department and <br />community development does not have record of a permit for UST install at <br />the site. What agency issued this permit and can 1 get in contact with them <br />so we can get the permit for B&T to do the work. <br />For 3, I do not know what was submitted prior but the part I included was <br />for the bucket within the entire kit. I changed it to the entire kit (which <br />includes the bucket) to part number 6571 EVRB-1642RT052. The individual part <br />number for the bucket is P761C-FLDV. <br />If I could get this information that should be address all the corrections <br />you have. <br />Thank you, <br />
