The 2 items I need clarification on is 1 and 3. I do not have a fire department permit. Stated below fire department and community development does not have record of a permit for UST install at the site. What agency issued this permit and can I get in contact with them so we can get the permit for B&T to do the work. For 3, 1 do not know what was submitted prior but the part I included was for the bucket within the entire kit. I changed it to the entire kit (which includes the bucket) to part number 6571EVRB-1642RT052. The individual part number for the bucket is P761C-FLDV. If I could get this information that should be address all the corrections you have. They stated they have no permit from Manteca Fire for this project. Can you please provide the agency and a contact for who issued the fire department permit for this site? 2) Check all the appropriate boxes through the application, mine came through unchecked. All appropriate boxes have been checked. 3) Different overfill model is identified p 7 of 8 as compared to the original application. I do not know what was submitted on the original application but the part number I provided is 6571EVRB-164042RT052 is for the entire spill kit. Are you looking for the entire spill kit or just the bucket? Just the bucket (which is part of the spill kit)
