Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site <br /> Plan. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 204 CCR 2712(i)Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br /> An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be <br /> accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 205 CCR 2712(i), 2634(e) Failure to submit a current UST Response Plan and have it available onsite. <br /> An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 210 CCR 2715(e) Designated operator monthly inspection reports not maintained on site for at least 12 months. <br /> Although the alarm history for the month of march 2018 was on site, the March 2018 designated operator monthly <br /> inspection report was not found on site. Designated operator monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve <br /> months shall be retained on site. Locate and ensure that copies of the previous twelve months of designated <br /> operator monthly inspection reports are maintained on site. Submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in the Under dispenser containment sump 5/6. If water could enter into the secondary <br /> containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician, <br /> Felix Ramirez, removed about 4 gallons of liquid from the UDC 5/6 to correct this violation while the inspector was <br /> on site.
