Wilson Way <br /> on 06/11/2007 on manifest#3497941. <br /> Trailer#4—40' white trailer w/ red & oranize paint#231F— 150 tires: <br /> This trailer arrived at 3550 N. Wilson Way with 270 tires on 04/10/2007 on <br /> manifest #3497788. The trailer was moved and manifested back to adjacent <br /> property 3730 N. Wilson Way with a count of 150 tires on 06/11/2007 manifest <br /> #3497940. This count was used as a result of the inspection report#I6-1010738. <br /> Jaime Alvarez, in order to reference and account for this container, used the <br /> quantity from the inspection report so as to avoid confusion. This matter has been <br /> dealt with internally, and Jaime now realizes that the manifest is an official and <br /> legal document, and the numbers must be true and correct to the best of his <br /> knowledge. Wilson Way on manifest 43497997. <br /> Trailer#6, and trailer#7—53' silver challenger freight, & 54' white cube transport <br /> —38 & 60 tires: <br /> There are no manifests on these tires because the tires were manually moved back <br /> and forth between adjacent properties through a fence. The tires arrived initially <br /> at 3730 N. Wilson Way. <br /> The 36 stacks of 8-10 tires were picked up by Ruiz Trucking on the same day of the <br /> inspection, and manifested on document#3497629. These tires were not counted in the <br /> total waste tire count because of their placement and organization. These tires were <br /> ready for shipment. There were 423 other tires in question at this location that were <br /> "inaccessible for inspection purposes due to the stacks' close proximity to each other and <br /> close to trailers."
