The <br /> May 22, 2013 inspection report and June 9, 2016 inspection report indicated hazardous waste was observed on site. <br /> Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used <br /> in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the last three years were not found on site. The May 22, 2013 <br /> inspection report and June 9, 2016 inspection report indicated hazardous waste was observed on site. This information was required to be submitted by July 9, 2016. This <br /> information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. The outstanding violations <br /> include: <br /> -Failed to keep signed copy of the manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> -Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> -Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a <br /> statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a <br /> written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an <br /> inspection report. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 302 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain required emergency equipment. <br /> A drum for storing hazardous waste solids was not found on site. All facilities shall be equipped with an internal <br /> communication or alarm system, a device capable of calling outside emergency help, spill control equipment, and <br /> decontamination equipment at all times.
