The May 22, <br /> 2013 inspection report and June 9, 2016 inspection report both stated a 55 gallon red drum was observed on site. No <br /> disposal records were found for waste disposal since those inspections. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of <br /> hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site <br /> up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and <br /> submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> A 55 gallon red steel drum of liquid was observed behind the facility with a blank hazardous waste label. All <br /> hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties (corrosive, reactive, toxic, ignitable) <br /> - physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label this container and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Bills of lading for the recycling of used fuel filters for the last three years were not found on site. A copy of each bill of <br /> lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used filters for <br /> the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> Used fuel filters were observed on the ground near the drum of hazardous waste liquid. One used fuel filter was in a <br /> plastic crate nearby. There are a total of ten filters under the dispensers on site, which were marked with a date of <br /> 9/29/17. Used filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained <br /> used oil filters,"and marked with an accumulation start date.
