The site is located in an area of mixed commercial <br /> and residential properties. The site is bordered on the east by Northwoods Avenue, to the north by a <br /> grocery store and small shopping complex,, to the west by a fast-food restaurant, and to the south by <br /> Yosemite Avenue. Several private residences are located across Yosemite Avenue,immediately south of <br /> the site~ <br /> 2.2 Site ToR21mphz <br /> The surface elevation of the site is 40 feet above mean seal level (MSL). The surface is of low relief <br /> and slopes gently to the southwest. Surface runoff flows into drains on site (see Figure 2), then into <br /> storm sewers on Yosemite Avenue and Northwoods Drive. The service station lot is paved with asphalt <br /> except around the pump island and tank cluster where concrete is present at the surface. <br />
