The site is currently Ieased from Moore Petroleum to Mr.Frank Guinta,Jr., <br /> - who has operated the site for the past nine years as a gas station1convenience store. There are four <br /> underground storaga tanks (USTs) at the site. Results from the <br /> tank tests indicate the tanks and lines are tight. <br /> 2.4 _SPI ll History <br /> From the information provided, there has been no documented release of petroleum hydrocarbons at the <br /> site. The three gasoline-holding USTs were epoxy-lined 3 years ago. At that time, there was no <br /> -- indication of holes in any of the tanks. <br /> 2.5 Water Well inventory <br /> The California Department of Water Resources records show six wells within a 1-mile radius of the site. <br /> Apprm.imate well locations are shown in Figure 3. Table 4 presents the well use and the year in which <br /> each well was drilled. <br />
