The entire <br /> secondary containment system, including walls and floor, is capable of containing <br /> oil and is constructed so that any discharge from a primary containment system, <br /> such as a tank or pipe, will not escape the containment system before cleanup <br /> occurs. <br /> *Exceptions: a) 1,000 gallon gasoline AST is being replaced <br /> b) 110-gallon water tanks on mobile/trucks represent non- <br /> petroleum storage which is NOT included in aggregate capacity <br /> c) 55-gallon x 2 ASTs for smoker-oil and hydraulic fluid are located <br /> on 2ndary containment pallets and EXEMPT per gallonage thresholds <br /> d) 225-gal JetFuel trailer is a mobile refueler used for internal <br /> operations ONLY and is certified by CHP for this application—However, per <br />
