The amended report replaces the initial report. <br /> On site on 12/18/18 for a billable re-inspection to witness monitoring system certification conducted by service <br /> technician Felix Ramirez. After the inspection was conducted the red tags were removed from the 87(1) product, <br /> the 87 (2) product, 91 product, 100 octane product, and 110 octane product. Fuel levels were verified to ensure <br /> that fuel was not delivered while tanks were red tagged. Fuel levels were lower than when the red tags were <br /> affixed to the tanks listed above. The direct buried Diesel spill container failed when tested while the inspector <br /> was on site. The red tag will remain affixed to the Diesel tank until repairs(under permitted inspection from EHD <br /> with passing results) are conducted to the Diesel spill container. Furthermore the overfill prevention equipment <br /> on the 87(1) product, the 87(2) product, 91 product, 100 octane product and 110 octane product tanks was <br /> determined to be higher than 95% based on the service technician's results and the site has single wall vent and <br /> vapor lines. The operator, Pierre Chacoud, is aware of the failing results for the overfill and has provided a <br /> statement that he will repair and retest under permitted inspection from EHD for the failing components by <br /> 1/18/19. <br /> Please be advised that the dead line to repair and retest the overfill prevention equipment for the87 product, <br /> 87(2) product, 91 product, 100 octane product, and 110 octane product is 1/18/19. The systems listed above will <br /> be red tag on 1/22/19 if EHD has not witness repairs and retest with passing results for the 87 product, 87(2) <br /> product, 91 product, 100 octane product, and 110 octane product. <br /> Furthermore 2019 permit fees have NOT been paid for the 87 product, 87(2) product, 91 product, Diesel <br /> product, 100 octane product, and 110 octane product, EHD will not provide a 2019 permit to operate until the <br /> fees are paid.
