Such a container or package shall remain closed and shall lack evidence of leakage, spillage or damage that could cause leakage under reasonably foreseeable conditions. Correct immediately by keeping the box of universal waste lamps closed unless adding or removing universal waste lamps. Minor -Notice to Comply. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by 6-13-11. Note: 3.3 tons of hazardous waste generated in 2010. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE ($122).
