The <br />sealed transport containers must never contain free liquids. Soiled solvent towels must <br />be stored outside of the plant for the minimum time possible. Soiled solvent towels <br />should be weighed and not counted. Soiled solvent towels must be transported to the <br />subcontractor in approved sealed totes or drums. The drums must have the MC <br />identification, a unique ID number and contain a list of the customers whose towels are <br />in the drum. <br />Only those subcontractors approved by Operation Support may be used to process <br />soiled solvent towels. Clean towels will be retuned to the plant in the same containers <br />(totes or drums) used to transport the soiled towels. The tote/drum must be lined with <br />plastic prior to filing with the clean towels. <br />
