1 <br /> 20. The Discharger shall report all instances of noncompliance not reported under <br /> Provision No. EA 9 at the time monitoring reports are submitted. The reports shall <br /> contain any applicable information listed in Provision No. E.19. <br /> 21. The Discharger shall give notice to the Regional Board as soon as possible of any <br /> planned alterations to the permitted facility that may change the nature or <br /> concentration of pollutants in the discharge. <br /> 22.
