It shall be removed from this facility by 2 weeks. <br /> Metal food shelve inside walk in cooler is damaged. It shall be replaced by 2 weeks. <br /> Entire walk in cooler is unsanitary. Remove spilled blood daily(mop with sanitizer). Clean walls,floors, ceiling, and fan <br /> covers. <br /> Doors for meat cases are damaged. Some doors fall in and others were repaired with duct tape.
