<br /> Entire walk in cooler is unsanitary. Remove spilled blood daily(mop with sanitizer). Clean walls,floors, ceiling, and fan
<br /> covers.
<br /> Doors for meat cases are damaged. Some doors fall in and others were repaired with duct tape. Repair to proper working
<br /> condition by 2 weeks.
