Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Hot water is not available. Owner was not aware of problem and he turn unit back on. Hot water of 120 F <br /> shall be immediately availble. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br /> (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Saw a live roach inside wood cabinet and several dead ones in several locations.There are rodent <br /> droppings on shelves and floors at retail. Facility shall be pest free.All surfaces shall be detailed cleaned and sanitized. <br /> Contact pest control. Seal entry points. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #1 Demonstration of Knowledge <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Lack of food manager certificate.
