If an item is pre-packaged or re-packaged from a bulk <br /> container, then a label is required(peanut brittle, cream puffs, breads, shortbread, Greek yogurt, etc.). <br /> Labels must include: the common name of the food, a list of all ingredients listing in descending order by weight the <br /> ingredients in the product, an accurate declaration of the quantity of the product, the name and place of business of the <br /> man ufacturerlpacker/distributor. <br /> Provide labels for all packaged products by 2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Any food is misbranded if its labeling is false or misleading if it is offered for sale under the name of another <br /> food, or if it is an imitation of another food for which a definition and standard of identity has been established by regulation. Food facilities <br /> with 19 or more chains in the state shall disclose nutritional information. (114087, 114089, 114089.1(a,b), 114090, 11409,31, 114094) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The exterior of the bulk food bins(flour, etc.)have food debris and soil. Clean and sanitize by 3 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean.(114115(c)) <br /> #41 Plumbing Maintained; Approved Back Flow Device <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The handwashing sink at the back of the house has a leak at the drain pipe.
