Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed some dried rodent droppings on top of the pizza oven. Remove droppings and clean and <br /> sanitize the area today. <br /> Observed three glue board boxes and two glue boards positioned in the facility. <br /> Continue to monitor facility daily for new activity. <br /> There are numerous flies and fruit flies in the kitchen (concentrated around the ware wash area).Take immediate action to <br /> reduce/eliminate the flies. Use only food safe products that are approved for use in a kitchen environment. <br /> Pest control service invoices are not on site. E-mail invoices to inspector by 1 week. Maintain this door closed at all times. <br /> The rear door is cracked open. Maintain the rear entrance door closed at all times.The bottom of the rear door also has a <br /> substantial gap.Take action to eliminate the gap at the bottom of the rear door. <br /> A forced air fan or a permanent screen door may be installed if the facility wishes to keep the rear door open. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish all clean and soiled linen <br /> shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from food and food-contact surfaces the facility shall be <br /> kept vermin proof.
