Observed rodent droppings on top of the dishwasher sanitizer <br /> bucket sand on the shelf under the dough table. Immediately clean up rodent droppings and clean and sanitize the affected <br /> areas. <br /> Observed a dead rodent on a glue board on top of the hot water heater. Immediately discard glue board. Replace with a new <br /> glue board to monitor for new activity. <br /> Observed several fruit flies at the wall by the front of the house hand sink, at the dish washer area, and at the salad bar. <br /> Take immediate action to reduce/eliminate vectors in the facility.
