Gnats are flying around customers and gettng into their faces. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to chef who is aware of problem. He stated that owner hired a pest control company and showed me the contract. <br /> Service was signed on Dec 13, 2016. California Pest control will provide monthly service for 1 year. <br /> Observation: Saw a small amount of gnats flying at bar's corner close to the 3 com sink.This floor area has standing water <br /> and floor sinks need detail cleaning. <br /> Correction: Keep all bar areas clean and dry. Pay special attention to all floor sinks and drains on entire facility.
