I explained my visit and read the complaint to him. He remembers
the incident and what was done for the customer.
Mr.Wise stated that an employee had dropped a couple plates right outside of the dish washing station. The area where the
plates were dropped is about 5-10 feet away from the stove where the omelets are cooked. Mr.Wise said that it is a
possibility that pieces of the broken plates flew into the cooking omelet.
When the customer brought attention to the issue to management, Mr.Wise stated that he explained that some dishes broke
and pieces may have landed in the customer's food. Management comped the customer's entire bill for the inconvenience
and exchanged information in case customer needed to contact Denny's in the future regarding this issue.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title: ashley byers, manger
EH Specialist: SCOTT SANGALANG Phone: (209)468-3452
FA0020510 C00047514 SCO04 10/01/2018
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
