COMPLAINANT BELIEVES THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR THE FOOD AND IT CAN BECOME SPOILED <br /> AND GET CHILDREN SICK, ESPECIALLY IN HEAT. LUNCHES ARE NOT REFRIGERATED,JUST LEFT OUTSIDE THE <br /> CLASS DOORS OF SOME CLASSROOMS, NOT ALL. COMPLAINANT OBSERVES THE LUNCHES LEFT OUT ON <br /> ELEMENTARY SIDE OF SCHOOL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Per lead in the cafeteria,the food being left outdoors are the student's personal lunches that are brought from home.This <br /> school does not have a breakfast in the classroom or supper program.All food is served out of the cafeteria. Students eat <br /> lunch in the cafeteria(whether they buy lunch or bring their own fro home). The only exception is for 8th graders who are <br /> allowed one day(as a class)to eat outside. <br /> While this Department does not regulate personal food, it is recommended that student's lunches not be left outside in the <br /> heat.A suggestion is to bring the student's lunches inside of the classroom until lunch time.
