<br /> 3.All surfaces inside walk in cooler(shelves,fan covers,floors,walls, ect)
<br /> 4. Ventilation hood surfaces.
<br /> 5. Interior and exterior of 3 door prep cooler.
<br /> 6. Kitchen shelves.
<br /> 7. Light switch covers(several of them).
<br /> 8.Area to the left of ice machine(pumps for soda machine).
<br /> 9. Exterior of old 3 door Turbo Air cooler(on the outside of restaurant).

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Saw a knife between table and prep cooler. This is a non cleanable area. Store inside bin or on table top.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Several kitchen and hood lights are not working.They shall all be replaced.

<br /> the local building department. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6"beyond all cooking equipment.All areas shall have sufficient ventilation
<br /> to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window,an air shaft, or a
