Sandwiches made when order comes in. <br /> Observations: Employee health ok, Quat level ok, dishwasher not sanitizing, no evidence of vermin,walls/floors need detail <br /> cleaning, Exterior of equipment need more cleaning,one hand wash station lacked paper towels.
